Who we are

STUDIOS founder, Desiree “Des” Nolasco, graduated from esthetics school in Anchorage, Alaska and moved to Las Vegas, July of 2018. Over the course of 4.5 years, she specialized in lash extensions and trained with professionals in and out of the United States. Fast forward to 2023, she moved back to Anchorage to discover a blank space in the beauty community, which lacked premium salon suite locations.

The idea behind STUDIOS reflects an independent artist who was looking for an aesthetics space to call her home, with all the amenities needed to meet her standards.

Today, STUDIOS has 6 active subtenants who provide a wide scope of services such as lash extensions, manicures, pedicures, waxing, PEMF therapy, and more.

Des is transitioning from being a service provider within STUDIOS, to working solely behind the scenes in promoting the current renters through multiple avenues of marketing and branding to keep her subtenants booked and busy.
