Our small rooms start at $1200 (without sinks), and our medium & large rooms are from $1400-$1500 (with sinks).

We offer graduated sublease rates for new professionals that choose to establish their place of business with STUDIOS.

Majority of our professionals prefer to work during the late afternoon/evenings, and tend to take the weekends off. We have music and beverages for clients to enjoy upon arrival, and ensuite restrooms. You’ll hear laughter and “hello’s” throughout the studio, but always respect services that need lower volumes.
